ARC is recruiting for an experienced Plumber with a Domestic Gas Ticket for a 5-month HMO project based in Cambridge. The role will involve carrying out all aspects of plumbing and gas work on a large HMO refurbishment, including installation, testing, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of plumbing and gas work on a large HMO refurbishment, including installation, testing, and commissioning.

Requirements

• Valid Domestic Gas Ticket (ACS qualifications)
• Previous experience working on HMO or similar residential projects
• Proven background in plumbing installation and gas works
• Valid CSCS/JIB Card (preferred but not essential)
• Full PPE and tools

Benefits

• £26 - £29 per hour
• 7.30am - 4.30pm
• Long-term contract - 5 months duration
• Weekly pay
