A leading international legal firm in Bristol is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join their Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and communication skills. We have an opportunity for a full‑time administrative assistant to join our Real Estate team, based in our Bristol office.
This role provides administrative support to the Plots conveyancing team, which services some of the UK's leading house builders. The role is an integral part of the conveyancing output of the Plots team and is a great opportunity for an organised individual with excellent attention to detail.
Our administrative team play a key role in the new homes sales process from start to finish, and this is a great opportunity to learn new skills in a fast‑paced and interesting sector.

You will work closely with our conveyancers, processing sales reservations from our house builder clients, and providing wider administrative support to ensure new home sales transactions are completed smoothly.
You will be a part of the Plots team, which sits within Real Estate and works closely with other areas of the business. The team is based both in Bristol and Reading and consists of 18 conveyancers and 7 administrative assistants. Our clients are some of the UK's leading housebuilders including Barratt, Redrow, Bloor and Vistry.
We have a hybrid working pattern but the nature of this role requires mainly office based working.
