Role Overview
  • Use your skills across the full Solution Delivery Lifecycle.
  • Apply your skills in a variety of innovative client projects spanning multiple domains.
  • Support Industry X growth initiatives through skill enablement, asset development and industry eminence.
  • Define new approaches to build knowledge within the team and develop new assets and methodologies to differentiate Accenture.
  • Shape the optimal PLM system centred around COTS PLM software.
  • Gather client business needs, processes and key user personas, translating them into a robust solution that meets functional, non‑functional, integration and cost‑of‑ownership requirements.
  • Work closely with Program Leadership to ensure technical delivery and maintain stakeholder communication.
Job Qualifications
  • Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE Deployment, Installation, Configuration and/or Customisation.
  • Siemens Teamcenter Deployment, Installation, Configuration and/or Customisation.
  • SAP PLM Deployment, Installation, Configuration and/or Customisation.
  • Experience with any other PLM toolset (Discrete or Formulated Product).
  • Expertise in PLM Business Capabilities and integration architectures related to ERP, MES and EAM.
  • Direct client delivery experience across several stages of the Delivery Lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solution‑oriented, systematic approach.
Specific Requirements for a PLM Technical Architect
  • A deep technical understanding of any leading PLM software, including:
    • The key modules, features and functions of the PLM COTS product and their interactions.
    • How the product is architected and deployed across diverse client infrastructures.
    • How the product can be extended and tailored to meet configuration and customization needs.
  • Experience architecting and technically leading the implementation of PLM solutions, with:
    • Strong analytical and solution‑oriented skills.
    • Ability to synthesize complex requirements and translate them into pragmatic solutions.
  • Support the development of the next generation of talent through mentoring, coaching and continuous knowledge transfer.
