Responsibilities

  • Address customer queries and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Partner with Delivery teams for product mobilization.
  • Create and maintain user support materials.
  • Conduct training sessions through webinars.
  • Act as a bridge between support and other departments.
  • Provide feedback for process enhancements.
