Job Title : Platform Marketing Manager, Atlantic Records
A little bit about our team : Atlantic Records UK is home to some of the most iconic UK artists from household names such as Ed Sheeran, Anne-Marie, Fred Again, Charli XCX & Paolo Nutini to young emerging superstars such as Mahalia & Maisie Peters. You’d be supporting the marketing team at Atlantic Records UK, and working closely with the central Revenue & Growth team whose core responsibility is to grow, engage & monitor our artist’s audiences across streaming platforms.
Your role : This role is the key connection point between the central commercial / revenue team and the artist's project team. You'll be the primary champion for our artists on all streaming and social platforms, translating the creative vision into a data-driven strategy. Your main goal is to secure placements and promotional support that drive streams, grow audiences, and maximise revenue. Your work is crucial for the success of every artist project. By developing and executing a strong digital strategy, you will drive the performance of every release—from securing high-profile playlist placements to optimising an artist's back catalog. Your ability to leverage data will inform and improve the decisions of the entire team. Ultimately, you're responsible for ensuring our artists' music gets heard by the right people, on the right platforms, at the right time, directly impacting the success of their careers and the label's revenue.
This position requires a minimum of four days per week in the office. We value in-office collaboration and believe it’s essential for talent development and fostering strong working relationships.
