A community-focused housing organization is seeking a highly motivated plasterer to join their void investment team in Tees Valley. The role involves carrying out plastering works prior to kitchen and bathroom installs, as well as making good after rewiring. Candidates should have experience in damp proofing and tanking methods and must be self-motivated and multiskilled. A commitment to collaboration within the team is essential. We are looking for a highly motivated plasterer to work within the void investment team in Redcar, carrying out all plastering works required prior to new kitchen installs, bathroom installs, making good after property rewires including damp proofing works with experience in this field using tanking methods and a good all round knowledge of damp and mould and general repair works.
