Job summary

A leading environmental services company is seeking a Plant Supervisor at their facility in Marchwood. This role involves supervising oil recovery processes and managing a team of six direct reports. The ideal candidate should possess Level 3 Leadership & Management qualifications and relevant engineering experience. Qualifications

  • Must have previous relevant Engineering or Treatment Plant experience.
  • Desirable knowledge in Chemistry and Oil Recovery.
  • DSEAR Awareness training preferred.

What you'll be doing;

  • Supervise an Oil Recovery and water treatment process
  • Responsible for day to day management of 6 direct reports.
  • Ensure safety and wellbeing of all of our employees and anyone affected by our operations.



What we're looking for;



Essential

  • Level 3 Leadership & Management or equivalent work experience
  • Previous relevant Engineering or Treatment Plant experience



Desirable

  • Certificate of Technical Competence
  • IOSH managing safely
  • DSEAR Awareness training
  • Oil Recovery and/or Biological Water Treatment experience
  • Chemistry knowledge
