Job Title: Plant Parts Manager

Remuneration: £30, - £40, + Autonomy over your own Department + Beautiful Rural location + Free Parking + Pension

Responsibilities
  • Oversee a busy Heavy Plant Machinery Parts Department, working closely with the service department, technicians, and clients.
  • Manage parts for equipment such as Shredders, Crushers, Screeners, Conveyors, and Chippers.
  • Handle stock control, ordering, replenishment, and record keeping of parts and consumables.
  • Liaise with suppliers and clients.
  • Move parts using a forklift truck.
  • Supervise a Service Administrator and coordinate with field service plant fitters.
  • Organise, structure, and manage the department to ensure efficient delivery of spares and consumables.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Parts Manager or similar position.
  • Background in Plant Equipment or related industry (preferred).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
