A global manufacturer of advanced materials is seeking a Process Operator in the United Kingdom to follow process instructions and manufacture quality products. You will be integral to a close-knit team, supporting continuous improvement, training new staff, and potentially stepping into Team Leader duties. Ideal candidates will have experience in a processing plant, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety. As our new Process Operator, you will manufacture finished products to production schedules, following specified formulations and process instructions, while carrying out in‐process and final product testing to agreed quality standards.
As part of a close‑knit team, you’ll support continuous improvement, assist with training new staff, and step up to Team Leader duties when required.
