You will be responsible for managing a team of 16 staff, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a minimum HNC qualification in a scientific or engineering field, along with relevant operational experience. Qualifications

• Minimum HNC qualification in a scientific or engineering discipline is essential.
• IOSH Managing Safety qualification in health and safety is essential.
• Demonstrable experience in writing safety and operational documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of two production plants.
• Monitor production output to meet critical KPIs.
• Coordinate operational outages with the client.
