A leading multi-site manufacturing business in the chemical industry is seeking a Plant Manager / General Manager. The role encompasses managing operations in a fully automated environment, focusing on health and safety improvements and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be a strong leader with a background in process manufacturing, expected to drive the team's performance while overseeing P&L responsibilities and capital projects.

The Company:
A multi-site manufacturing business within the chemical industry. This site is fully automated and benefits from investment from a larger group so plant upgrades, new installations and Capital projects to improve plant efficiency and consistently being planned and delivered.
The site itself runs 24/7 and is a COMAH plant.
The Role:
Taking day to day charge of all manufacturing and engineering operations, the Plant manager / General Manager is responsible for the following:
