A leading water utility provider in the UK is seeking a Planning and Land Manager to join their team in managing major projects. The role involves strategic planning advice, securing land rights, and stakeholder management. We offer a competitive salary, depending on experience up to £64,000.

Bradford / Hybrid Working (one to two office a week – Bradford plus there will be the necessity to travel to our sites, our consultants offices or stakeholders across Yorkshire from time to time). Pending office move to Leeds (LS10) from summer 2026.

If successful for the role, you will be required to undergo pre-employment checks that will include a Basic Disclosure Check, carried out through a Third-Party Company, prior to commencing employment.
