JOB TITLE: Planning Coordinator

BUSINESS UNIT / DEPARTMENT: Operations

LOCATION: Middlesbrough

REPORTS TO: Supply Chain Manager

RESPONSIBLE FOR: NA

ROLE PURPOSE :

To support the Supply Chain Manager by ensuring the maximisation of team productivity within agreed SLA`s and administrative support where directed.

Key Accountabilities & Activities
  • Proactively contribute to the success and performance of the business by establishing strong relationships with other key stakeholders both internal and external.
  • Deliver accurate workforce planning to ensure that SLA`s can be achieved within the region.
  • To communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to both customers and colleagues.
  • To liaise with key stakeholders with regard to the progression of planned jobs.
  • Work closely with the field teams with regard to reactive planning regarding incomplete works, colleague absence and any other potential impacts re job completions.
  • To answer all incoming calls in a professional manner and in line with the team`s SLA.
  • Administration duties as and when required
  • Ensure all clients contract requirements are completed and followed up where required
  • Planning of branch work to achieve to maximum productivity in accordance with current health and safety best practice policy and procedures
  • Stock management and asset maintenance where required
