Planning Consultant - Leading Property Consultancy

Location: Newcastle

Our client, a leading property and business consultancy, is seeking a driven Planning Consultant to join their passionate and successful planning team in Newcastle. This is an exciting opportunity for a Rural Surveyor looking to take a planning steer in their career within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Drive business development by identifying and securing new opportunities
  • Project manage and contribute to complex planning applications
  • Manage and mentor graduate and recently qualified planning consultants
  • Coordinate and respond to development plan consultations
  • Provide exceptional advice to clients, team members, and the business
Qualifications
