Job description
Overview

NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (NWSSP) is looking for a dynamic and analytical individual to join our Planning and Performance team. In this role, you will support the development of NWSSP\'s Integrated Medium Term Plan (IMTP), contribute to high-quality performance reporting, and develop innovative dashboards and analytical tools. You\'ll work with all NWSSP divisions, using data to inform strategic planning and drive service improvement.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful change and support the delivery of high-quality services across NHS Wales. If you\'re a proactive problem-solver with a passion for data and performance, we\'d love to hear from you. For further information about the post or location, please contact Georgia Keegan or Joanne Griffiths.

In this role, you will analyse and present complex data to support strategic planning and performance monitoring across NWSSP. Your insights will help inform key decisions and ensure services are aligned with organisational goals.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI. These dashboards will provide accessible, accurate, and actionable performance data to stakeholders across the organisation.

You will contribute to the development of business cases and service improvement plans by providing high-quality data analysis and evidence-based recommendations. Your work will support innovation and continuous improvement across NWSSP services.

Additionally, you will support the coordination and delivery of quarterly performance reviews and corporate planning processes. This includes ensuring key milestones are met and that reporting is timely, consistent, and aligned with strategic priorities.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
