Job description
We Care

That’s why we need people like you. People who appreciate their role in helping others to be successful.

Work orders depend on effective planning — and this is your opportunity to be at the very start of the process, mapping out what needs to be achieved. You will liaise with colleagues and customers to ensure requirements and expectations are clearly defined, then translate these into accurate and concise work instructions for our operational teams.

Here are some of the activities you will be involved in :
  • Planning activities for operational teams using various systems
  • Monitoring work from initiation to completion, ensuring progress is recorded and communicated
  • Acting as the first point of contact for operations colleagues, providing resolutions to issues
  • Processing, raising and closing traffic management, footway, road closure, notice and permit requests
We would love to hear from you if…

You have experience working in a fast-paced environment where you have assessed situations and made quick decisions. You will have strong organisational and communication skills, enjoy working with a variety of people, and be confident using IT systems.

Ideally, you will have experience in a planning or scheduling role within utilities, construction, or a similar sector, along with strong skills in scheduling tools and Gantt management systems. You will remain calm under pressure, adapt plans as circumstances change, and be able to explain complex information clearly to a wide range of stakeholders.
