Working Hours | Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm (37.5 Hours)

Salary | £24,000-£26,000 p/a

We currently have exciting opportunities to join the business as a Planner on one of our contracts. MJ Quinn are an established national organisation, with contracts covering the length and breadth of the UK and Ireland. We have over 1500 workers delivering our services. About the role:

As a Planner, you will be responsible for planning and issuing jobs to the field teams as well as organising their delivery schedules and ensuring that the installations are progressing as expected and completed on time. This will include:

  • Answering any queries from the client
  • Coordinating and scheduling civils related tasks into the existing BT network.
  • Dealing with client requests in all aspects of the project and escalating any issues to the Programme Manager, when required.
  • Ensuring that all engineers are organised, have the relevant site access and job packs for jobs they have been allocated.
Experience:
  • Proficiency in planning, use of systems – such as MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, as the role involves coordinating with field teams, clients, and internal departments.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and operational compliance within the sector is a plus.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
