My client, a well known house builder, are currently seeking a Planner.

Responsibilities

• Lead on all matters of planning from early site feasibility studies, working with the land and technical teams to inform acquisition.
• Oversee the planning process and see the site through to delivery, working with the delivery and production teams.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have similar experience as a Planner working for a consultancy or house builder.
