Note: The building does not have a lift, so the successful applicant must be able to use the stairs daily.

You will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining PDA (personal digital assistant) control allocation, monitoring daily work volumes to ensure efficient use of resources and meet turnaround times. Additionally, you will support employee performance by providing information on operative performance levels, ensuring workloads are appropriate for optimal performance.

Role Criteria:

  • Control multiple processes simultaneously and share good practices
  • Understanding of the construction industry, including trades, materials, processes, and safety
  • Ability to load and maintain data on handheld hardware
  • Strong organisational skills to manage and organise own workload
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities to meet deadlines

Benefits we offer:

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Annual Mears Fun Day—a celebration organized as a thank you from the Executive team
  • Volunteering Leave—paid leave to undertake community volunteering, supporting our social value commitments
  • Staff perks through Mears Rewards—discounts on groceries, holidays, eye tests, Share Save scheme, and more
  • Family-friendly policies
