A leading provider of repairs and maintenance services in the UK is seeking a Planner to work with local councils. The role involves managing work orders, ensuring effective communication, and delivering high customer service standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in social housing planning and strong organisational skills. Annual salary: up to £30,500.00

We are the largest provider of repairs and maintenance, and regeneration services across the UK. Mears provide tailored rapid-response and planned maintenance services through partnering arrangements with more than 70 local authorities, Arm’s Length Management Organisations and Housing Associations.
As a Planner you will be working alongside Tower Hamlets Council in a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.
A Planner within our Tower Hamlets branch, working for the Voids department. You will be out supporting residents with reactive repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties, Part of a local repairs team which ensures that works orders are scheduled through the In-house appointments system, repairs works are allocated to trade operatives and all works are carried out with minimal average turnaround time.
