We’re introducing a new place-based operating model that will change how we deliver for customers and colleagues. As Place Deployment Manager, you’ll lead the implementation of this model across our regions, ensuring smooth integration and adoption. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on transformation and wants to make a lasting impact.
You’ll take ownership of deploying the place-based operating model, working closely with stakeholders to embed new ways of working and deliver measurable outcomes. Your role will be critical in driving change, building engagement, and ensuring the model is successfully adopted across the organisation.
