Job summary

A leading construction firm in the Oxford area is seeking an experienced Pipefitter for a temporary position. The role involves reading and interpreting schematics, welding, and installing piping systems for various applications. Candidates must hold a valid CSCS Card and have proven on-site experience. Immediate availability is required. This position offers a competitive rate of £250 per day.

• Proven on-site experience as a Pipefitter.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret piping schematics and blueprints.
• Measure, cut, thread, bend, and weld pipe.

Job Title: Pipefitter

Job Type: Temporary

Duration: Ongoing

Location: Oxford (Osney) Area

Salary: £250 pd

Working Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities / Duties

• Read and interpret piping schematics, isometric drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Measure, cut, thread, bend, and weld pipe to required specifications.
• Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems for industrial, commercial, or mechanical applications.

Requirements / Experience and Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card certification
• Proven on-site experience
• Must be local to the area
• 2 x checkable references
• Immediate availability
