PI / D&O Account Handler / Broker – Leeds City Centre

This is a fantastic Leeds City Centre based insurance business with very modern and appealing offices, nicely located a short walk from the station.

They have a great team oriented environment, both professionally and socially, a very low staff turnover and are currently experiencing a tremendous period of growth with exciting plans going forward.

You will be joining a really good team, managing key client relationships on a UK wide basis. This role will focus on the financial lines clients, mainly PI and D&O business. You will be focal point for placing all new risks with a panel of partner insurers, as well as getting involved in mta’s and renewal negotiations. You will be building relationships with both clients and insurers and its likely that you will need to meet with the underwriters from time to time to discuss risks and to develop a strong trading relationship.

Ideally you will have a good knowledge of financial lines insurance and be happy to specialise in this area of business. It may be that you are currently a commercial broker or handler with exposure to financial lines and are keen to specialise; if that’s the case, we would be happy to hear from you.
