A leading healthcare provider in Colchester is seeking a Band 5 Physiotherapist for a fixed-term position until March 2026. The role primarily focuses on providing pulmonary rehabilitation and requires collaboration with various healthcare sectors. The NEE Respiratory service provide care to patients from our clinics, Pulmonary rehab classes and in their own homes. We are looking for a band 5 physiotherapist to join us as a fixed term post until 31/3/26. This will mainly focus on the provision of Pulmonary rehabilitation within the service, but with some requirement to support with basic COPD and respiratory physio appointments. The role will be to provide assessment, advice, intervention and evaluation of treatment to our caseload, mainly focusing on Pulmonary rehabilitation. You will also support ensuring we are compliant with national audit requirements. Work with colleagues across health, social care, education, mental health and voluntary sector to ensure holistic and joined up delivery of care. Empower patients to make decisions about their own care and encourage them to exercise their rights and choices, signposting them to relevant community and voluntary services and supporting patients carers and assistants with management of risk.
