A community health trust in Ludlow is seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to join its locality therapy team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in rehabilitation within a community setting and be capable of working autonomously. Responsibilities include providing assessments and rehabilitation for patients with diverse conditions and managing caseloads in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. This role demands flexibility with weekend working as part of a 7-day service, fostering professional development in a supportive environment.
We are seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to join our locality therapy team.
The successful candidate will be based from Ludlow Hospital and work across beautiful south west Shropshire as part of our community therapy team.
The successful individual must have an interest and experience in rehabilitation within a community setting and be able to work as an autonomous practitioner.
Our community therapy pathways include supported hospital discharge, urgent and end of life referrals requiring a 24 hour response and routine community therapy.
This is a 7 day service, with weekend working on a rota basis.
