An opportunity for a skilled relationship fundraiser to grow major gifts from high net worth individuals through excellent donor engagement, stewardship and prospect research, creating compelling proposals and cases for support to increase philanthropic income.

£46,101 per annum + Benefits
Hybrid working – you will be expected to attend the office in Rugby, Warwickshire, West Midlands on regular occasions.

With ambitious income growth plans, the organisation is hiring a Philanthropy Executive to build inspiring relationships with high net worth individuals.
As a Philanthropy Executive you will cultivate prospects, lead donor engagement and stewardship, and create compelling cases for support, proposals and reports.
Working with senior stakeholders and trustees, the Philanthropy Executive will drive major gifts, prospect research and pipeline development to increase philanthropic income.
