Salary:Grade 4, £28,848 - £30,734 per annum.Appointments will normally be made to the first point of the grade.

The RCM Development & Alumni Engagement team raises significant support from individuals, companies, charitable trusts and foundations annually, ranging from £52 Friends memberships to seven-figure gifts. The Philanthropy Administrative Assistant plays a key role in ensuring donors feel appreciated and processes run smoothly. The postholder will gain an insight into our various activities, including fundraising from individuals, trusts and foundations, as well as membership and major giving, and will work alongside experienced fundraisers on a variety of assignments and projects. It is an excellent starting point for someone interested in a career in the arts, fundraising or events. We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Are highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality donor materials

This post is offered on a permanent, full-time, basis and is available from October 2025.
