Ada Meher is currently resourcing for a candidate to join their client, a market leading consultancy, who are looking to add to their Software Development resource due to the demands of their upcoming project wins. The client always strives to use a “best fit” technology approach to solve their client’s software requirements resulting in a great opportunity to get exposure to a wide variety of tech – no two projects are ever the same. There will also be the opportunity to get involved across the full software development life-cycle from requirements gathering with clients right through to delivery.

The business operate with a high degree of remote flexibility, meeting up as a team in the office once every fortnight, so they are open to applications from candidates across the UK but any applicants must be willing to travel into London as needed.

The ideal candidate will have high level academic achievement with good algorithmic ability, and preferably a background in computer science or mathematics, and be enthused by the chance to develop creative solutions to enterprise level problems. Given the greenfield nature of the work there is plenty of opportunity for input from all levels on the design of the solution and a real chance for the right person to really make their mark. Those that come in and make an impact can expect to progress quickly as they develop their skills commercially, with progression based on measurable targets not time in role.
