SDH Developments Ltd, a wholly‑owned subsidiary of Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust, provides pharmacy services to patients and visitors attending the Outpatients Department at Torbay Hospital. These services continue to develop, and we are now looking for a pharmacy technician who is either already qualified as or prepared to train as an accuracy checking technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense medicines for patients.
• Perform accurate checking of prescriptions.
• Order and receive stock.
• Participate in providing an efficient and effective ‘front‑of‑house’ service for customers, including the sale of medicines.
• Support the day‑to‑day operation of the pharmacy.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
• Excellent communication, organisational and customer‑service skills.
• Effective team player.
• Prepared to train as an accuracy checking technician (or already qualified).
