A healthcare facility in Selby is seeking a qualified individual to manage medication processes and provide leadership to administrative staff. The role requires NHQ level 3 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent, a friendly and organized demeanor, and at least three years of post-registration experience. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of repeat prescribing protocols and ensure high-quality patient care within the GP practice.
We are a friendly, single site training practice with just over 11,000 patients. Based in the heart of historic Selby we cater for patients from the town centre and rural villages beyond. Scott Road Medical Centre falls under the Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) and is part of the Selby Town Primary Care Network (PCN). Selby Town PCN is a well established PCN who have worked closely together during the pandemic and latterly to run a large scale vaccination centre in Selby. The clinical team consists of 3 GP Partners supported by 4 Salaried GP's, a Clinical Pharmacist, an ANP and a highly skilled advanced nursing team. The clinical team is supported by a strong management structure with clearly defined teams for patient services, administration and estates management.
