Overview

We are an independent community pharmacy in Worthing looking to recruit a reliable, patient-focused part‑time pharmacist to support our growing NHS and private services. This role would suit a pharmacist who is confident delivering services, enjoys patient interaction, and values working in a supportive, well‑organised environment.

Responsibilities
  • Safe and accurate dispensing of medicines.
  • Supervision of the dispensary and counter team.
  • Delivery of NHS pharmacy services, including:
    • Vaccinations (flu, COVID where applicable)
    • New Medicine Service (NMS)
    • Blood pressure service
    • Other commissioned NHS services
  • Supporting the development of private services where appropriate.
  • Providing high‑quality patient care and professional advice.
  • Maintaining SOPs and governance standards.
Qualifications
  • GPhC registered pharmacist.
  • Confident and competent in vaccinations.
  • Experience delivering NHS services.
  • Familiarity with ProScript PMR (essential).
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Professional, calm, and patient‑focused approach.
