Boots offer an exceptional Newly Qualified program where you are fully supported for the first 2 years of your career (and beyond). The program is designed to inspire, develop and support our pharmacists with core focus on developing leadership, operational, clinical and professional capacity to support you into becoming the pharmacist leaders of the future.
You will be fully supported for the first 2 years of your career; you will grow and develop your post foundation practice for the first 2 years of your registration. We will wholly assist you in the transition from trainee pharmacist to responsible pharmacist. You will be allocated a dedicated mentor. You will have access to our Healthcare Academy Trainers. You will be ‘buddied up’ with another newly qualified pharmacist. Together we will establish you as an entirely competent and confident Boots Pharmacist. Our Newly Qualified program is aligned with the RPS Post foundation curriculum for individuals to collate evidence for RPS post foundation portfolio if desired. You will receive a clear and detailed ‘road map’ to follow throughout the program.
