Job summary

A facilities management company is seeking a professional to manage the delivery of FM services and ensure compliance with relevant agreements. The successful candidate will develop site-specific policies, monitor performance, and maintain a positive relationship with clients. Relevant qualifications in the PFI/PPP sector, along with strong administration and computer skills, are necessary for success in this role located in Greater London.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience within the PFI/PPP sector.
  • Experience of working within an NHS/Education environment.
  • Previous experience of developing operational plans for PFI/PPP contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of FM services to the contracts.
  • Ensure that requirements of the Project Agreement and FM Agreement are met.
  • Develop site-specific policies and operational procedures.

Skills

High level of administration and organisational skills
Computer literate Word, Excel, Outlook, Concept/Vixen
