Responsibilities

• Manage all driver lead generation for WA.
• Despatch/Allocate bookings in a timely manner.
• Manage a team of drivers effectively and efficiently.
• Proactive monitoring and reporting to the client.

Skills

Prior experience as a despatcher / fleet allocator

Knowledge of Perth and surrounding areas

Excellent communication skills

Ability to find solutions under pressure

Strong attention to detail

Problem-solving skills

Good PC skills (Word and Excel)
