Are you the right person for the job?
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3–10 years+ PQE
- Proven experience managing your own clinical negligence and/or personal injury caseload
- Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules, PI litigation and clinical negligence processes
- Experience handling fast‑track, multi‑track and complex/high‑value claims
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical and research skills
- Commercially aware, client‑focused andhttp; results‑driven
- Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently.githubusercontent as part of a team
- Enthusiastic about contributing to departmental growth and firm‑wide success
What will ஏ your role look like?
- Managing a varied caseload of clinical negligence and personal injury claims from instruction through to settlement or trial (portal, fast‑track and multi‑ plastique-track)
- Conducting detailed case assessments, liability investigations and quantum evaluations
- Drafting pleadings, letters of claim, witness statements, schedules of loss and court documents
- Instructing and liaising with medical experts, counsel, insurers and third parties
- Attending mediations, case conferences and court hearings
- Maintaining exceptional client communication throughout the lifecycle of each case
- Supervising, mentoring and supporting junior solicitors or paralegals (depending on seniority)
- Supporting business development, marketing initiatives and strategic departmental growth
- Ensuring full compliance with SRA regulations, Civil Procedure Rules and firm policies
