• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3–10 years+ PQE
• Proven experience managing your own clinical negligence and/or personal injury caseload
• Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules, PI litigation and clinical negligence processes
• Experience handling fast‑track, multi‑track and complex/high‑value claims
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical and research skills

What will ஏ your role look like?

• Managing a varied caseload of clinical negligence and personal injury claims from instruction through to settlement or trial (portal, fast‑track and multi‑ plastique-track)
• Conducting detailed case assessments, liability investigations and quantum evaluations
• Drafting pleadings, letters of claim, witness statements, schedules of loss and court documents
• Instructing and liaising with medical experts, counsel, insurers and third parties
• Attending mediations, case conferences and court hearings
• Maintaining exceptional client communication throughout the lifecycle of each case
• Supervising, mentoring and supporting junior solicitors or paralegals (depending on seniority)
• Supporting business development, marketing initiatives and strategic departmental growth
• Ensuring full compliance with SRA regulations, Civil Procedure Rules and firm policies
