An ambitious further education college in Aylesbury is seeking two Personal Careers & Apprenticeship Mentors to support students' progress towards apprenticeships or higher education. The role involves creating personalized action plans, engaging with employers, and ensuring student success. This is a fixed-term contract working 37 hours per week until August 2026, with opportunities for professional development and benefits including a pension scheme and flexible working arrangements.

We are looking to recruit two Personal Careers & Apprenticeship Mentors, to work with selected students from across Buckinghamshire to discover career or further study opportunities and mentoring them at every stage to secure a positive destination.

This is a Fixed Term Contract up until 31st August 2026, working 37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year. Successful candidates will be based at our Aylesbury Campus.
