A forward-thinking college in Aylesbury is seeking two Personal Careers & Apprenticeship Mentors to guide students toward apprenticeships and further education. The role requires developing personalized action plans, mentoring students to secure successful outcomes, and engaging with employers. This is a full-time position with a fixed-term contract until August 2026, offering various employee benefits including a pension scheme and professional development opportunities.

We are looking to recruit two Personal Careers & Apprenticeship Mentors, to work with selected students from across Buckinghamshire to discover career or further study opportunities and mentoring them at every stage to secure a positive destination.
The Personal Careers & Apprenticeship Mentor will:
This is a Fixed Term Contract up until 31st August 2026, working 37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year. Successful candidates will be based at our Aylesbury Campus.
