Role: Personal Care Assistant
Reference: TM8520
Location: Littlehampton
Details: This role is to support a child. Drivers licence required: Yes. Own vehicle needed: Yes. Employment status: employed. Hours per week: 4 to 5 hours ideally on a Saturday morning (but we are flexible); additional hours available during school holidays. Hourly pay rate: £12.21.
My loving, energetic, water-obsessed 7 year old son is looking for a PA to go swimming with at the weekends and school holidays. We are flexible with timings and days but a Saturday morning would be ideal. My son is on the autistic spectrum and has limited communication skills but can respond to simple questions and demands. I had a baby 6 months ago and I am in need of some respite opportunities.
The role will involve taking my son out for 4 or 5 hours at the weekend so that he can enjoy some fun activities. This could be swimming (which is his favourite) or soft play/parks as long as it is not too busy. My son also loves to play on the beach and has a fondness for animals so visiting a farm is also a good option.
Non-smoker preferred or someone willing to refrain from smoking during working hours.
All applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check if required.
