Hourly Rate: £14.00
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 4 hours on Wednesday, with occasional weekend shifts — more hours available from June

Join the team supporting a Fun‑Loving 25‑Year‑Old Man in Glenrothes. We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic personal assistant to support a sociable 25‑year‑old man who loves being out and about. Whether it's swimming, music, lunch outings, cinema trips, or time in a sensory room, he enjoys staying active and having fun — and he'd love someone who brings new ideas too.

Evening support is also needed at home, giving his family space to run errands. You’ll be working alongside another PA as part of his support team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Supporting community outings and fun activities
  • Helping with in‑home care in the evenings
  • Assisting with a blended diet and personal care
  • Using a hoist and supporting wheelchair mobility (training provided)
About Him:
  • Non‑verbal, uses a wheelchair
  • Enjoys music, sensory activities, the cinema, and meals out
  • Happy and friendly, with a great sense of fun
What You’ll Need:
  • A caring, positive attitude and good sense of humour
  • Flexibility and reliabilityCare experience (preferred)
  • Full driver’s licence (essential)
  • PVG scheme membership or willingness to join
