  • Childcare support: help plan routines, supervise play, assist with homework, and encourage independence (e.g., cooking, hygiene, chores, errands).
  • Transport children to/from activities and attend appointments and groups with them.
  • Help with planning and attending fun outings and activities, both at home and in the community.
  • Provide advocacy, structure, and gentle encouragement, especially in new environments.
  • Work in partnership with parents to adapt support based on the family\'s evolving needs.
  • Great communicator, patient, and approachable.
  • Confident with travel (including into London) and longer-distance driving.
  • Comfortable working in a household with 4 dogs and 4 kittens.
  • Experience or interest in Autism, ADHD, PDA, chronic fatigue/long COVID is ideal.
  • No formal qualifications required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
  • £13.85 per hour, 22 hours a week regularly increasing to 52 hours a week during school holidays.
  • Two children are currently home educated, so daytime availability is important.
  • You should enjoy an active lifestyle and be able to keep up with a dynamic household that enjoys swimming, climbing, walking, board games, cooking, crafts, and more.

If you\'re a calm, curious, and animal-loving person who\'s passionate about helping young people grow in confidence and independence, we\'d love to hear from you.
