Job description

Personal Assistant to the CEO - Nottingham based - Exceptional Career Accelerator + Bonus Potential

We’re looking for a switched-on, highly organised, and proactive Personal Assistant to work directly with our CEO, Roheel. This is isn’t your typical PA role - it’s a front-row seat to how a CEO operates, makes decisions, and drives growth in a fast-growing, global business.

You’ll work with Roheel, who built the company from a tiny London box room into a global, award-winning organisation with offices in Nottingham, London, New York, and Dubai, and one of Europe’s fastest-growing recruitment businesses. You’ll support his priorities, protect his time, help drive revenue, and even shape his personal brand, gaining unmatched exposure to leadership, strategy, and high-impact projects.

It’s a career-defining opportunity for someone ambitious who wants to move fast, learn quickly, and grow their career in a high-impact role alongside a top CEO.

Who are we?

We’re one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies, recognised by the Financial Times, with offices in Nottingham, London, New York and most recently Dubai!

We specialise in recruiting Senior to C-suite talent for high-growth E-commerce, Fintech, Sports & Entertainment brands, partnering with industry leaders such as L’Oréal, Nike, Gymshark and F1 Mercedes.

We’re ambitious, fast-moving and results-driven and we expect the same from the people we hire.

The Role

You’ll sit at the heart of the business, working one-to-one with one of the CEO’s, acting as their right hand and helping them stay focused on what matters most.

Your mission is simple (but powerful):

Create clarity, protect time, drive execution and keep momentum high.

This role blends executive support, commercial exposure, leadership coordination and personal brand development - making it ideal for someone looking to accelerate their career.

You don’t need to have done everything before. We’re looking for someone with the right qualities; organisation, proactivity, confidence, and eagerness to learn - who can grow into these responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:

CEO Office Operating System

  • Inbox and calendar management (meetings, agendas, notes, follow-ups)
  • Travel arrangements and personal booking
  • Weekly priorities + execution control: translate your goals into weekly “Top 3 outcomes.”
  • Single action log across all meetings (FB/Imagine/PeopleOS): owners, deadlines, status, escalation. No orphan actions.
  • Decision support: one-page decision memos
  • Ensuring strong meeting discipline through agendas, pre-reads, outcomes and follow-ups

Direct Report Leverage

  • Pulse + performance cadence with your key leaders: what’s on track, what’s stuck, what’s being avoided.
  • Communication alignment: ensures your leaders hear the same message, in the same language, with the same priorities.

Cross-Business Prioritisation

  • Time allocation enforcement: protect your work and revenue time.
  • Managing visibility of active, paused and cancelled projects.

Revenue Support

Should be orchestrating revenue:

  • Top 20 client program: meeting cadence, coverage map, agenda, follow-ups, next steps, relationship calendar.
  • Strong Pipelining: ensure your BD activity is measurable (outreach targets, conversions, next actions).
  • Proposal + follow-up engine: drafts, case studies, ROI packs, chasing, scheduling, pushing deals forward.

Personal Brand

  • Content + distribution system: a weekly output plan.
  • Podcast/event booking with a target list + outreach scripts + booking tracker.
  • Turn your meetings into content: extract insights, draft posts, send for your approval.

Skills Required:

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive - anticipate needs and take action
  • Confident communicator with strong judgement
  • Commercially aware and comfortable handling responsibility
  • Calm, structured and solution-focused

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders
  • Interest in business, leadership or entrepreneurship
  • Strong written communication
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities at pace
  • Tech-savvy and systems-oriented
What’s in it for you?
  • A clear development path with direct exposure to leadership and strategy
  • Unmatched learning opportunity working side-by-side with the CEO
  • High-reward culture, including “money-can’t-buy” experiences such as Michelin-star dining, 5★ all-inclusive holidays (Vegas / Miami / Dubai) and unforgettable experience days
  • Close-knit, sociable culture
  • Bonus potential to boost your earnings

📍 Role based in Nottingham – 5 days in office (must be commutable)

💰 Salary: £26k–29k (dependent on experience) + Quarterly Bonus
