As a Personal Assistant at Vanguard youll provide high-level administrative and organizational support to senior executives ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities. This is a pivotal role that requires discretion exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the trusted first point of contact for the executive handling enquiries and correspondence professionally.
  • Manage complex diaries schedule meetings and coordinate appointments to keep priorities on track.
  • Organize travel arrangements accommodation and detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare reports presentations and meeting documentation to support informed decision-making.
  • Liaise confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
  • Process expenses and assist with budget tracking.
  • Support event planning and coordination for key business activities.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
