Our client, a dynamic and friendly boutique alternative asset management firm, is seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and polished individual who excels at delivering outstanding front‑of‑house service. As the first point of contact for both internal and external clients, you will ensure their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. In addition, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the office by coordinating meeting room schedules, managing office supplies, and providing administrative support to the wider team.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, team‑oriented individual with a strong desire to contribute to a professional environment, learn new skills, and take on increasing responsibilities. While the office atmosphere is friendly and supportive, the role requires someone who presents themselves well, demonstrates clear and effective communication skills, and has a genuine enthusiasm for learning and working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients in a warm, professional manner, assisting with coats, umbrellas, and offering refreshments.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are set up and reset throughout the day to maintain a seamless experience.
  • Maintain and update the office meeting room diary, ensuring efficient scheduling.
  • Coordinate the purchasing of office supplies and refreshments, maintaining stock levels.
  • Help update and maintain the CRM system.
  • Oversee stationery orders for the London office, implementing efficient stock control processes.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and courteously, responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Assist with printing, binding, and collation of presentations, documents, and marketing materials.
  • Provide general administrative support for ad‑hoc internal and external projects, such as restaurant bookings and event coordination.
