Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate coding within the system.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare and process payment runs in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update purchase ledger accounts.
  • Assist with month-end tasks, including reporting and reconciliations.
  • Handle supplier queries and ensure effective communication.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance team with administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
