To lead on the implementation of the Perinatal Pelvic Health Service (PPHS) across UHDB, developing knowledge and expertise in those specific areas, ensuring value for money and that compliant services are delivered and are reflected in provider contracts.
To participate in aspects relating to pelvic health services and provide expert clinical advice and guidance on a range of matters relating to pelvic health/ LMNS project delivery. This includes service development and improvement initiatives and addressing clinical challenges across the system.
Together with the PPHS Project Lead, lead UHDB PPHS reviews, service specification development and pathway redesign using a collaborative approach with providers and other partners to help ensure that the best value for money and highest quality PPHS are secured within the available resources and specifications and comply with contract terms and conditions.
To provide robust clinical leadership to the clinical teams delivering care for these patients across all UHDB hospital sites.
To ensure that pelvic health service contributes appropriately to specialty KPIs, and to support the PPHS to achieve KPIs that relate to pelvic health service.
