Job description

We\'re putting together a talented team to build the #1 training platform for Runners

We help everyday runners become outstanding by building an incredible app providing world-class training, coaching and community for everyone, whether you\'re improving your 5k time or training for your first marathon.

We’re growing extremely fast! In November 2023 we closed a $6.5M funding round led by JamJar with participation from Eka Ventures, Venrex and Creator Ventures. In 2024, we were selected by Apple as one of three global finalists for the 2024 iPhone App of the Year, reflecting the innovation and impact of what we’ve built & now in 2025 we have just been acquired by Strava!

Our ambition is huge: to become the go-to global leading training platform for millions of runners everywhere. We’re growing with purpose and looking for people who want to build something meaningful with lasting impact. With the recent acquisition by Strava accelerating our journey, now is a really magical time to join

The Team You’ll Join

You’ll join the Performance Marketing Team after a period of rapid growth and scale. We are responsible for driving discovery and profitable new user acquisition. Your role will be to review how we’re operating today, bring fresh ideas and help elevate our approach.

What You’ll Be Doing

We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to take our growth to the next level. You’ll directly own and scale our largest channel, Meta, while shaping the strategy across all paid social. This role is about more than just execution — you’ll review and challenge how we do things today, bring fresh ideas, and establish the foundations to scale smarter. Working closely with creative, product, and data teams, you’ll drive profitable subscriber growth, unlock new channels, and ensure our performance marketing stays ahead of the curve.

  • Own and execute Meta campaigns end-to-end, maximising ROI while meeting CAC targets.
  • Oversee all global paid social campaigns, identifying if issues are driven by CVR shifts or auction/platform dynamics, and guide channel managers to investigate further.
  • Support the global expansion of paid social campaigns into local languages.
  • Monitor dashboards daily to catch issues early and diagnose whether shifts stem from CVR changes or auction/platform dynamics.
  • Lead the incrementality and measurement roadmaps to define how performance is tested, validated and scaled.
  • Work with the Creative Lead to forecast and prioritise asset production (e.g. iterations vs. new concepts, statics vs. UGC vs. animation) to ensure the right volume of deliverables for BAU campaigns.
  • Revise our creative testing process on Meta, driving higher win and scale rates by closing the feedback loop with the creative team.
  • Mentor the Paid Social Manager, while helping to shape the wider performance marketing team goals.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with expert knowledge of paid social platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
  • Proven experience managing 7-figure monthly budgets to drive profitable growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a deep understanding of KPIs such as ROAS and CAC/LTV.
  • Experience with AppsFlyer or another MMP and a solid understanding of SKAN, MMP, and SRN attribution models.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify and present data-driven insights to various stakeholders.
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • A background in fitness, health, or lifestyle brands
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
