Evri are looking for a Performance Manager to head up a high-impact team focused on delivering actionable insights and optimising performance across our Final Mile Delivery Operations. In this critical role, the Performance Manager will combine strategic thinking, data expertise, and people leadership to drive continuous improvement in our logistics network. You’ll lead a collaborative, close-knit team that values innovation, learning, and teamwork — and you’ll be empowered to make a measurable difference every day.

• Managing key operational reporting
• Leading a team of people who provide data analysis to enable the influencing of local teams across the delivery organisation
• Inputting into the design and roll out of performance strategies whilst ensuring their successful implementation
• Make recommendations on priority order and the appropriate set of actions to drive compliance improvement
• Conducting root cause analysis and holding action plans accountable, with the capability to summarize and present measurable outcomes

• Previous experience of leadership in staff and people development
• Ability to consistently demonstrate innovative thinking, approaching challenges with creative solutions and robust problem-solving skills
• Ability to demonstrate proactive initiative and a continuous pursuit of self-improvement
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong and trusting relationships across all organisational levels
• Excellent IT Skills in all Microsoft Packages, comfortable in handling data in all its formats with advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, calculated fields, Power Query, Macros and VBA
• Experience within an analytical role with management of high volume of information
• Ability to thoroughly understand the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings
