A leading employment support organization in Reading is seeking a Performance Manager to lead and inspire a team of Employment Advisers. This role involves coaching to enhance performance, achieving targets, and supporting job seekers in the community. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in employability services, and an NVQ Level 5 in Management & Leadership. Salary: Circa £37,000 – £43,000 per annum
