Overview

Part-Time. Commencing November 2025. Salary: Competitive plus benefits. We are seeking a motivated and organised Performance Centre Supervisor and Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our dynamic Sports Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the Performance Centre ensuring safe and effective use of equipment, and maintaining a clean and organised environment. This role offers the opportunity to support the Head of Sports Science in implementing S&C programmes, assist pupils with their training, and supervise individual and team sessions, including those held before school and during lunchtimes.

Hours and Location

Hours: Term-time only (34 weeks), 2 weekdays (Monday and Friday) typically 7am - 3pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch. Later shifts may be required as agreed with the Director of Sport. Saturdays, 8:30am - 1:30pm or 11:00am - 5:00pm dependent on fixture timings with a half an hour unpaid break.
