We are looking for a Performance & Analytics specialist who is responsible for reviewing and providing performance data and insights to the Mains Renewal management team and wider organisation. This role is also responsible for financial journaling, ensuring costs are allocated to the correct budget lines. The Performance & Analytics Specialist is critical to driving continuous improvements throughout the Mains Renewal function.
In this role you’ll provide clear performance metrics and reports as well as financial impacts of changes to individual schemes. This role will drive a culture of performance by challenging the business with the data and reports it produces, delivering a customer focused culture. Furthermore, the role will focus on a specific area of Mains Renewal activity, providing data and insights, and feeding these into various stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of taking the lead in diagnosing business issues and working with the business to deliver performance improvements. Experience in effectively using Power BI and Excel will be required for role.Having worked within the utilities or water industry would be beneficial. Full UK Driving License will be essential as this role will be travelling to different sites across a region.
